Ministry Update

The Lord has really been blessing the ministry recently.  We were so blessed to have Pastor and Mrs. Wayne Cofield from Whitfield Baptist Church with us for a little over a week.  Pastor Cofield preach eight times in our family conference, for our anniversary services, and in the youth revival.  Pastor Cofield is one of the best preachers I have ever heard and has a great family and ministry that is a credit to him and his wife.  Both churches were really blessed by his ministry.

We finished our youth revival last night.  It was a blessing to have Stephen Baker and Pastor Cofield start us off, and then David Hockman, Dan, and Josh from Maranatha Baptist  Bible College preach that last couple nights.  The group from Maranatha has been with us for over a week now and they have been such tremendous servants.  They have passed out tracts, helped around the churches, sang, done skits, given testimonies, and had a real willingness to serve.  It was exciting to see how God has grow the young people in our church and to see them participate in the services.  (You can see a photo of Josh playing his bagpipes last night above.)

Today, we were very busy.  The Scott Seigman family from Ohio arrived into Belfast and came up on the bus.  The Maranatha group was helping us with painting, and then we went across the border to Killea to pass out tracts.  We finished the night with a BBQ and fellowship at the Evans house in Dungiven.

Tomorrow is our Baptism Service at Roe Valley Baptist Church in Limavady, and we are so looking forward to a great day together.  Please pray for those who come who are unsaved.  Pray for God to work in their lives.
