Best Place to Get Training for Missions

training

One of the best places I know of to get training for missionary work and for the ministry is the Our Generation Training Center.  The training center is unique for the following reasons:

  • More about personal mentorship than a series of classes
  • Real hands on training and ministry experience in a local church
  • Professors who are actively involved in pastoring or missions work
  • Training on the field as part of the program
  • Module type classes with many of them taught by missionaries on furlough
  • High percentage of graduates are being greatly used by on the mission field right now
  • Cheaper than most Bible colleges and can be finished in just three years if all modules are taken throughout the year
  • A family type atmosphere where you are given personalized discipleship and training

The following is a schedule of the classes that will be taught this summer and fall.  Even if you cannot attend all the classes, let me encourage you to come down for at least one week to get a taste of what the training center is all about.  The classes are taught from 8am-12pm Tuesday through Thursday and then there is a combined class with Pastor Austin Gardner on Fridays from 9am-1pm.
