Here is an email update from Evan Williams, missionary to Honduras:
Dear supporting Pastors;
I know that you will not be able to hang this greeting on a wall but just wanted to let you all know that we are thinking of you and thanking God for your faithful support and prayers.
Praise God with us that on Sunday evening we lead another Blind man from the town to Christ. He has been attending our meetings on Monday nights and recently started to come out to church. After thinking over the challenge from the previous Monday meeting he rang me on Sunday afternoon saying that he needed to see me. When we met he was ready to accept Christ as his Lord and savour. What a joy to be able to lead him in a simple prayer of repentance and acceptance of Christ’s offer of salvation. Pray for him as he had been also studying with the mormons and intends to tell them to stop coming to his home. He testified to us that as he compared their teaching with ours he had come to realize that ours was based on scripture and that God had given him spiritual sight to see the truth in the Gospel.
Praise God with us for all that He is doing here and keep praying that we might get our own building very soon. May God bless each and every one of you and be sure to have a wonderful christmas.
