Ministry Update – Pray for Salvation, Tunisia Conference, London Attacks

Pray for Salvation: We had another very good day at Downham Baptist Church this past Sunday with a number of first-time visitors. We looked at “What the Bible Teaches About Salvation.” A few people asked for prayer regarding their salvation after the message. Please pray for the Lord to continue dealing with them and for them to be saved! In the afternoon, we had a good group go out for outreach, and we had some excellent conversations at the doors.

Tunisia Conference: This week, Teri and I are in Tunis, Tunisia attending a training conference put on by our pastor, Austin Gardner, and our sending church, Vision Baptist Church. We are having training sessions with several others church planters and Christian workers. We are very grateful for the role our sending church has in supporting and encouraging us in our ministry.

London Attacks: Most of you have probably heard about the terrible attack that took place yesterday in central London when a car drove into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge, killing several and injuring many. I would like to ask you to pray for those directly affected by the attacks. Also, please pray that more than anything this will remind people in London that life is short for all of us and that one day we will die and stand before God. The key is that people believe on Jesus Christ before the day, so that they enter eternal life with God.
