August 2025 Update

The summer has been filled with many blessings. Here are a few highlights:

  • Our good friend, James Wilson, pastor of the church we started in Northern Ireland, spent a month in the USA. Thank you for praying for his trip. Several churches partnered with him and his vision for reaching northwest Ireland. To find out more, email jameswilson600@gmail.com.
  • Six churches participated in the “World’s Cheapest Mission Trip” in July. We visited religious sites in Atlanta, shared the gospel, and heard Bible messages from missionaries. Please pray for those who expressed a desire to get more involved in missions. We’d love to have your church’s young people join us next year—July 14-17, 2026. This trip is a great way to get a burden for the world without going overseas. visionmissions.com/wcmt
  • Vision School of Missions fall semester begins next week! After a summer of preparation and promotion, we’re excited to welcome several new students. Please pray for God’s blessings on our faculty and students. To learn more about the school, visit visionmissions.com/school. If you’d like a representative from Vision to share more about our training programs with your church or school, call me at 678-871-9610.
  • Thanks to Volunteer Christian Builders and the generosity of many donors, the Carey Center Classrooms have new walls and ceilings! This volunteer team saved us at least $30,000 in labor costs, and donations have covered most of the materials. Thank you for praying for this project. • Teri, Cali, and I just returned from a two-week trip to Asia, wherewe visited missionaries in Nepal, Thailand, and Taiwan. Each of these countries has tremendous needs and opportunities for church-planting. While in Thailand, we attended the VBM Asia regional conference and enjoyed encouraging and fellowshipping with missionaries from across the continent. We returned thankful for what God is doing and deeply burdened for the 4.8 billion people in Asia who need the gospel. Please pray for more laborers for this vast and needy mission field.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support!
